Web Event Period Comparison & Delta Intelligence

A three-step Workflow that performs ad-hoc comparative analysis across multiple Event Insight Report time periods. It normalizes event counts to daily rates to account for unequal period lengths, identifies volume spikes and drops exceeding 25%, detects newly appearing and disappearing events, reconstructs the credit product conversion funnel per period, and synthesizes all findings into a single executive delta brief with prioritized action items. Designed for on-demand deep investigation when specific periods warrant comparison.

Pipeline

1. Trend & Anomaly Analyst — Consumes all uploaded Event Insight Report Excel files and compares event counts and unique user counts across time periods. Normalizes to daily rates based on each period's day count. Flags volume changes exceeding 25%, identifies events that appeared or disappeared between periods, and detects platform-level browser shifts. Produces a structured trend report with labeled sections (PERIOD SUMMARY, VOLUME CHANGES, NEW EVENTS, DISAPPEARED EVENTS, PLATFORM SHIFTS, RAW DATA TABLE) for downstream Agents.
2. Funnel & Conversion Analyst — Consumes all uploaded Event Insight Report Excel files plus the structured trend report from Agent 1 (Trend & Anomaly Analyst). Maps credit-related events into a multi-step user journey funnel using the Unique User All Total column. Calculates conversion rates at each stage per period, identifies the steepest drop-off points, and produces a structured funnel analysis (FUNNEL PER PERIOD, STEEPEST DROP-OFF, CROSS-PERIOD COMPARISON, KEY FINDINGS) for the Synthesizer.
3. Synthesizer: Executive Delta Brief — Consumes the structured trend report from Agent 1 and the structured funnel analysis from Agent 2. Merges and prioritizes findings into a single executive-ready delta brief: top 5 findings, period-over-period comparison table with daily-normalized rates, funnel stage comparison, and a prioritized recommendation list. Does not add independent analysis — strictly consolidates and formats upstream outputs.
